PKHM Purple/Blue Female

PKHM Purple/Blue Female. This female has a dragon scaled pearlescent mixed of purple, blue and grey. This purple is possibly a blue in colour, as it is very difficult to determine. Her tails continue this colour and have some beautifully detailed fan like elements that the video shows her displaying.
(Water paramaters can change a fishes colour and light source plays a key part too).
